Refund Policy

Volare Sortie sells digital, pay-per-use reports that are generated and delivered to you immediately after purchase. Because each report is created on demand and delivered as a digital good, the following terms apply.

Eligible for a refund

  • Failed generation. If your order is charged but the report cannot be generated and our automatic retry does not resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
  • Non-delivery. If you never received access to a report you paid for, we will either restore access or refund the order.

Generally not eligible

  • A report that was successfully generated and delivered, simply because you changed your mind.
  • Dissatisfaction with the style or wording of generated content, where the report was delivered as described. We are happy to help you regenerate the report.
  • Errors caused by inaccurate inputs you provided.

Upgrades

When you upgrade an existing report to a higher tier, you are charged only the price difference. Upgrade charges follow the same refund terms as new orders.

How to request a refund

Email contact@volareuxs.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number (shown at the top of your results page) and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
