These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Volare Sortie (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Volare Sortie generates mission-tuned uncrewed systems tech stacks, operator job analyses, and job descriptions based on the inputs you provide. The Service is offered on a pay-per-use basis with no subscription.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Purchases and payment

Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge, including any taxes. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

Generated content

• Once payment is complete, you may use the reports you generate for your own internal and commercial purposes.
• Outputs are produced by automated AI systems and are provided for informational and planning purposes. They may contain errors or omissions and are not professional, legal, regulatory, or safety advice.
• You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it, including any references to certifications, regulations, or equipment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable export, defense, or trade-control laws.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all generated content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volare Sortie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
